I interviewed Maddie Larocque and learned many new things about her. She is a Norton High School sophomore and was born on May 30th, 1998.  When I asked Maddie about her ethnicity and her family background, I learned that she was mainly Italian, French Canadian, and irish. She really enjoys singing and writing but admits she never lets any one read any of it. "Even though what little I do show people, I just judge my writing too much." Maddie has traveled all over the United Sates visiting Minnesota to see her family and also she attends summer camp in New York. Also when asked about her favorite movie, she named a Disney classic; Holes with Shia LaBeouf. "So many people tell me the movie is stupid but I really love it it's a classic." As far as music goes, she enjoys a wide variety but she is not a fan of country. "I hate country, its unoriginal and the music style is very similar."  Like many teens she is unemployed but looking for a job. She attends summer camp in New York which is referred to as "hippie camp."  When asked if she supports homosexuality she said yes and supports her friends who are.  When she finishes high school and college, she really wanted to settle in the city. 'Although I feel as though I would be out of  my element, I would really not like to leave the east coast." Maddie planned on following her father's foot steps and going into property management. "Although it's lame I really like the idea of the business setting but also the higher income." Maddie is also an animal person so her and her family adopted a kitten name Nellie.  I enjoyed interviewing Maddie because I learned a lot about her and learned that we have a few things in common.
